The steam, the stillness, the cold plunge after, it pulls you into the present in a way that's hard to find anywhere else. That's what Saunoma delivers. Literally.
OUR SAUNA
Step into The Cedar.
The Cedar Sauna is a custom-built Voyageur, handcrafted by one of North America's most respected sauna builders, with a fully cedar interior, custom welded frame, and the kind of craftsmanship that's built to last. It seats 8–12 people and was designed from the ground up for exactly this kind of experience.
The sauna is named after my dog Cedar. She loved being outside, being near people, and making any evening better, just by being there. This one's for her.

Most people who book with us have never done this before. Here's all you need to know: step in, stay as long as feels right, and let the cold plunge wake you back up.
Most groups do a few rounds. We walk everyone through it at delivery. Nothing to figure out on your own.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Rooted in Sonoma County.
I’ve called West Sonoma County home for nearly 20 years, and it’s deeply shaped me. I immediately fell in love with the natural beauty of the area and the welcoming community. This is where I first discovered a true passion for health and well-being.
Saunoma is my way of giving back to that. I wanted to create a healthy, communal space that can be a fun addition to any gathering, delivered and set up in the countless beautiful settings Sonoma has to offer.
